It is a Learnership program that lasts for a period of twelve months and is designed to ignite potential, build careers, and empower South Africa’s unemployed youth to thrive in the world of work.
The program is offered in the following locations:
Johannesburg (Parktown), Cape Town, Pietermaritzburg, and Pretoria.

Providers of the Program:
Environment conducive to interactive learning
Mentoring from professionals in the industry
Training that is both theoretical and practical Acquire a qualification in insurance that is recognized on a national level at the NQF level 4 certificate level

Certain Educational Prerequisites
Criteria for the Application:
If you are between the ages of 18 and 25, you must be a citizen of South Africa.
Matric or Equivalent
A passing grade in English (at least 60 percent) and one other language
Maths Tested and Passed with a 50% or minimum of sixty percent in mathematics literacy
In the process of not studying
Currently not enrolled in any one of the available learnership programs
The individual has not previously taken part in a formal learnership program within the insurance industry.
an individual who is currently without a job or who has not been employed in a corporate setting for a period of more than six months
Knowledge of computers is a distinct advantage.
