An officially issued driver’s license.

Be able to read the material safety data sheets that are provided.

-A person who is self-disciplined, extremely hard-working, and possesses strong leadership and organizational skills.
A minimum of one year of relevant work experience in the field of weed and pest control has been required within the Local Government Authority.
PRINCIPLES DUTY
Through the utilization of a knapsack and other pertinent machinery, the weeds and insects in the areas can be controlled.
The application of all products in a safe manner, in accordance with the standard operating procedures, taking into account the environment, children, and adults in order to guarantee the safety of the general public and a place that is healthy for everyone.
- If the knapsack or grass cutting machine is not functioning properly, you should work with garden tools or any other machines until the situation is resolved.
- Before utilizing any product, it is the responsibility of the individual to familiarize themselves with the material safety data sheet.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the grass cutting machines and knapsacks are not damaged. - -Conducting routine checks to ensure that all machines, tools, and equipment are free of any damage.
As an alternative, to work a full day on Fridays that are shorter than usual (Pay Day). - Carry out any additional ad hoc tasks and responsibilities that are associated with the position, as might be requested or required by management at any level.
Level 12 of a Grade 04 Local Authority is eligible for a salary range of R174 012,00 to R193 644.00 per year. When all benefits are taken into account, the total package comes to R312 707.84 per year.
