Who can apply

What the job involves

  • Making sure collections run efficiently 24 hours a day, every day of the year
  • Designing and improving processes, systems and operating rules
  • Tracking performance, finding bottlenecks and taking corrective action
  • Managing delinquent accounts, recoveries and escalated customer queries
  • Analysing portfolio data to spot credit risks and feeding insights into the credit model
  • Monitoring external collection agencies against service level agreements
  • Keeping a risk register and leading, coaching and upskilling the team
