Job Advert Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join our Kuruman Distribution team. The role involves capturing data, managing documentation, and supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is organised, accurate, and able to work well under pressure.


Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
Tertiary qualification in Business Admin and Logistics will be advantageous
1–2 years’ relevant administrative or clerical experience
Fluent in Business English (both written and verbal)
Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office and relevant systems)
Previous experience supporting or working with senior management will be advantageous


Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the distribution team to ensure efficient daily operations.
Capture and update delivery, route, and customer data accurately on systems.
Maintain and manage distribution records, including PODs, invoices, and dispatch documents.
Assist with coordinating deliveries, route planning, and tracking of shipments.
Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure on-time deliveries.
Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and document control.
Reconcile delivery and stock documentation where required.
Provide support to team members and step in when needed during busy periods.
