DEPARTMENT: WATER AND SANITATION
BRANCH: SANITATION OPERATIONS
Key Responsibility Areas:
•Collecting and co-ordinating the submission of attendance records, leave and sick leave forms, overtime forms and related employee documentation to the HR Division.
•Establishing and maintaining basic filing systems as required by line management.
•Carrying out photo stating and faxing of documents.
•Answering of telephones and relaying of messages to various employees.
•Following up on pay and leave queries on behalf of filed staff, when requested.
•Collating and co-ordinating the submission of documents to the Administration Branch and Finance Division.
•Making service orders and requisitions for goods and services, as directed by line management.
•Distribution of protective clothing and uniforms to employees and maintaining a record thereof.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
•Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
•1 Year relevant experience
•Computer Literacy
