About the Role
We are seeking motivated Call Center Agents to join our Head Office team. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels. You will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our call center and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities
– Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
– Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and effectively.
– Utilize the company’s systems to log calls and track customer interactions accurately.
– Provide product and service information to customers clearly and concisely.
– Collaborate with team members and management to improve call-center processes.
– Assist in training new staff on call handling best practices and company standards.
– Identify and escalate customer issues that require further assistance or resolution.
– Achieve individual and team performance targets, ensuring quality service delivery.

Requirements
– Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is essential.
– Strong verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
– Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer care.
– Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call center software or CRM systems.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications
– Experience in the telecommunications or finance sector is advantageous.
– Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
– Relevant certifications in customer service or call center management are beneficial.
