Job Description

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk: Admin within the Corporate Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Job Summary
This role involves providing administrative support with a focus on Adumo processing, Health & Safety documentation management, and assisting with general payroll-related queries to ensure efficient and compliant operations

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Capture and process Adumo transactions accurately and timeously
  • Maintain and organise Health & Safety files in line with compliance requirements
  • Assist with resolving basic payroll queries and escalate where necessary
  • Maintain accurate employee and administrative records
  • Support payroll administration processes and documentation control
  • Ensure all filing systems (digital and manual) are kept up to date and well organised
  • Liaise with internal departments to obtain required information
  • Assist with audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation
  • Support general administrative tasks within the Payroll division
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 1–2 years’ administrative experience
  • Experience with Adumo systems (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of basic payroll processes (advantageous)
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Drivers’ License: Code 08 (advantageous)
