Job Description
TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk: Admin within the Corporate Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.
Job Summary
This role involves providing administrative support with a focus on Adumo processing, Health & Safety documentation management, and assisting with general payroll-related queries to ensure efficient and compliant operations
Responsibilities and Duties
- Capture and process Adumo transactions accurately and timeously
- Maintain and organise Health & Safety files in line with compliance requirements
- Assist with resolving basic payroll queries and escalate where necessary
- Maintain accurate employee and administrative records
- Support payroll administration processes and documentation control
- Ensure all filing systems (digital and manual) are kept up to date and well organised
- Liaise with internal departments to obtain required information
- Assist with audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation
- Support general administrative tasks within the Payroll division
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- 1–2 years’ administrative experience
- Experience with Adumo systems (advantageous)
- Knowledge of basic payroll processes (advantageous)
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Drivers’ License: Code 08 (advantageous)
