Job Purpose
Coordinates and performs fitting and machining services for the Road Rehabilitation/Asphalt Paving Branch.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Repairs and maintains the Asphalt Plant.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and fault finding on all asphalt plant machinery and equipment.
- Makes a variety of spares for asphalt plants, including bushes for shafts and cylinders.
- Repairs or replaces all defective or worn-out plant, equipment, and accessories.
- Offers general engineering assistance.
- Performs general welding repairs.

Essential Requirements:
- Trade-tested Artisan (Millwright).
