Nadia Nakai says any future baby would be a deliberate choice

Rapper Nadia Nakai says she is not planning a baby right now, but would choose carefully and deliberately if she ever decided to become a mother.

Rapper Nadia Nakai has shared candid thoughts on motherhood, saying she does not want a baby right now but would approach the question deliberately if her mind changed, SA Hip Hop Mag reported.

Planning, not chance

The artist, known for Money Back, was firm that a pregnancy would never simply happen to her. “There is no way I’m getting pregnant by accident,” she said. In her view, becoming a mother would be something she decides on and prepares for, and she would be the one making the choices.

She repeated that she is not looking to have children at present. What she wanted to make clear was that, should that change, who the father is would be her call.

A hypothetical preference

Asked to imagine that scenario, Nadia said she would be open to having a child with an Asian man, hoping for what she called a “Blasian baby”. She explained that she would like influence over who the father is and over the kind of child they might have.

She also took a light-hearted approach to the idea. According to the report, she joked that while she is busy exploring life, she might begin keeping a mental list of possible candidates. One day, she suggested, she could call the right person, tell them she wants a baby and say that they are the genetic match she is looking for.

Where things stand

The comments are a hypothetical, not an announcement. SA Hip Hop Mag noted that nothing in her remarks points to a pregnancy, or to plans for one, in the near future. For now, motherhood is simply an idea she is willing to consider.

Her remarks fit her direct style when talking about personal subjects, with the emphasis firmly on choice and planning.
