- Make sure point of sale and banking processes are followed, then bring any areas of issue before the Area Manager.
- Make sure all operational regulations and store standards are followed.
- Good execution of all operational activities inside the store depends on this.
Requirements
- A matric certificate, grade 12 or similar
- An obsession for consumer service, retail, and cosmetics
- Beauty and skincare product knowledge
- Excellent approach to customer service
- A good work ethic and practical approach.
- Capacity to fit a flexible schedule to satisfy operational requirements
- Basic Excel and email competency; good communication; ability to remain calm and kind under pressure.
- Capacity to show and advertise goods; ability to stand for extended lengths of time
- Capacity to generate buzz in your business that would inspire your staff and inspire consumers to return and make further purchases.
