Job Description
At Wheco, our merchandising function supports the coordination of product requirements, store needs, and campaign execution. This role ensures accurate administration and effective communication between marketing, suppliers, and retail stores. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can manage tasks efficiently and maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Support the merchandising team through administrative coordination and store support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage promotional merchandising elements for sales campaigns
• Conduct monthly store checks, focusing on product cleanliness and presentation standards
• Maintain and update the DTG (Demo to Go) and IBT sheets
• Provide administrative support, including supplier follow-ups and store top-ups
• Coordinate communication between merchandising, marketing, and store teams
Skills and Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Basic understanding of retail or merchandising environments preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative systems
