Job Purpose The objective of the program is to provide Learner with meaningful workplace experience in performing the physical tasks involved in receiving transferred stock and customer returns and the picking, checking, packing, and shipping of orders to our customers in a manner that meets company standards/guidelines for safety, security, and productivity. The learner will be responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all orders picked, checked, and packed.
Selection Criteria

Age between 18 and 35
Certificate of disability (Medical Certificate from specialist)
Industry knowledge will serve as an added advantage
Some working experience will serve as an added advantage
Must not have been part of any learnership previously

Core Competencies
Basic Computer Literate (MS Package)
Good interpersonal skills & self-driven/starter
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Must be able to work in a team and/or independently
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Basic administration skills

Requirements
· Matric
· Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management will serve as an added advantage
