Support technical repairs, installations, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with furniture assembly, repairs, and installations on-site
• Support the Technical Repair Agent during customer visits
• Handle furniture safely during repairs, deliveries, and collections
• Assist with receiving, moving, and organising stock
• Support general store operations and housekeeping
• Report damaged or missing stock
Skills and Requirements:
• Hands-on approach with basic tool knowledge
• Ability to follow instructions and assembly guidelines
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt on-site
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• 2–3 years’ experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment
• Experience in furniture assembly, repair, or delivery essential
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
