Clover is currently recruiting for a Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative and related tasks – specific to departments. This exciting opportunity is based at the Clover Clayville branch.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
  • Business English: Fluent preferably bilingual.
  • Computer literacy (good)
  • Experience in working with senior management

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform a variety of administrative and related tasks

  • Perform general office duties and administration as may be required
  • Maintain and update filing/data/records/systems etc.
  • Handle documentation
  • Communicating with customers and employees where required
  • Relieve colleagues where necessary
  • Perform admin fleet duties
  • Manage sales drivers and cleaning staff duties
  • Manage quotes and payments timeously
  • Assist teams with POS deliveries and collections
  • Manage stock requests and collections
  • Manage boardroom bookings internally & externally
  • Perform overtime capturing and submissions
  • Manage data compiling within the teams
  • Planning and executing meetings in big volumes
