Clover is currently recruiting for a Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative and related tasks – specific to departments. This exciting opportunity is based at the Clover Clayville branch.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Business English: Fluent preferably bilingual.
- Computer literacy (good)
- Experience in working with senior management
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform a variety of administrative and related tasks
- Perform general office duties and administration as may be required
- Maintain and update filing/data/records/systems etc.
- Handle documentation
- Communicating with customers and employees where required
- Relieve colleagues where necessary
- Perform admin fleet duties
- Manage sales drivers and cleaning staff duties
- Manage quotes and payments timeously
- Assist teams with POS deliveries and collections
- Manage stock requests and collections
- Manage boardroom bookings internally & externally
- Perform overtime capturing and submissions
- Manage data compiling within the teams
- Planning and executing meetings in big volumes
