Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Liaising telephonically/written with customers and retailers
  • Solving customer education calls by providing technical product knowledge by performing ‘First-line support’
  • Ensuring service targets are met – KPI’s
  • Daily Sirius system management and Amazon Telephony system
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction rate according to the company standards
  • Reporting on all outstanding calls
  • Attending and solving of customer queries via Service Manager, internet and from retail stores

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric
  • 1 Year Call Centre Experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to speak English fluently
