Selling Sales Manager 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Selling Sales Manager to lead our vehicle sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience and a passion for the automotive industry. The Selling Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
– Set sales targets and motivate team members to achieve sales goals
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
– Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
– Train, mentor, and coach sales team members
– Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to develop pricing strategies
– Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
– Stay current on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
– 5+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry
– Previous experience managing a sales team preferred
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
– Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Valid driver’s license
